April Showers bring Mayflowers

If April showers bring Mayflowers what does June hold? A bouquet of HOPE.

Yesterday, I swabbed my cheeks, cut a small hunck of hair from my mane, and along with a stack of papers, loaded up my last shipping envelope. This envelope in particular I had been saving for a special occasion. You see, a while back I had ordered a variety pack of colored bubble mailers. The last one was the most special, a silver iridescent envelope. I was saving it for a special occasion because… well… it is loud. It’s worthy of a grand gesture. So apparently this was the moment. My mailer stash was depleted. So, I printed my UPS label and shipped it off to providers that are new to my journey. I don't know if this quest will work out, but HOPE, hope is what I will cling to. Jesus didn't promise to heal our ailments in this world, but I can't resist this clear opportunity from the Lord. 

I'm just remembering the iridescent rain jacket I found on my trip to Chicago with my sister one month ago. Is this the year of iridescent? What does this mean? I hope to look back on this in 1 year in awe of what the Lord has done.
